Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef, sliced
    4 stalks celery
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 can bamboo shoots
    1 c. beef suet
    1 can mushrooms
    1 c. beef broth
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    In wok or skillet, brown suet and add chopped vegetables. Cook until vegetables are semi-tender.
    Remove suet and add all liquid and sugar.
    Bring to a hard boil and add meat.
    Continue cooking until meat is done.
    Serve.
    Makes 6 good size servings.
