Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat or cooked fish
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 eggs, slightly beaten
8 to 10 crushed saltines
chopped parsley
1 onion, sauteed with 1 stalk chopped celery
Preparation
-
Mix well to form batter.
Add crab meat or fish.
Pat into cakes and saute in butter or margarine until browned.
(May also be deep fried.)
