Swiss And Bacon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. cold water
    8 oz. Swiss cheese or grated cheese
    1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick and water; mix until it forms a ball.
    Beat 20 times.
    Place on floured board and knead 10 times.
    Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Place dough in bottom of dish and press over bottom and 1/2-inch up sides.
    Spread cheese over dough.
    Put crumbled bacon over cheese.
    Mix eggs, milk and salt together (mix well).
    Pour over bacon.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
