Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 to 5 c. sliced fresh rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and butter.
    Press 3/4 of mixture into bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Then cover with rhubarb.
