Skillet Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
2 c. uncooked egg noodles
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet; drain.
Stir in broth, mushrooms, noodles, water, catsup and garlic powder. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until noodles become tender.
(A small amount of water can be added if necessary.)
Stir in sour cream.
Heat just until hot and serve.
Serves 5.
