Pineapple Sherbet - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1 qt. uv boilin' watah
2 1/2 c. uv sugah
juice uv 6 lemuns
1 (No. 2) can uv crushed pineapple
1 pt. uv kream
1 pt. uv milk
Preparation

Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1 quart uv boilin' watah 'n sugah...let this cum to a boil 'n cool...then pore in the lemun juice 'n crushed pineapple 'n let freeze...when frozen add kream 'n milk 'n start crankin' til frozen stiff...hit'll make about 6 quarts.
