Lemon Chess Pie 1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cornmeal
3 tsp. butter, softened
juice of 1 lemon
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Beat ingredients just enough to mix well.
Pour into crust.
Reduce heat to 400\u00b0 and bake for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes more.
