Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chili powder or use 2 Tbsp. Paul Prudhommes' Seafood Magic seasoning
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 lb. cooked and shelled shrimp
    1 c. cooked peas
Preparation
    Brown onions, celery and green pepper in oil.
    Blend in flour, salt, chili powder or Seafood Magic seasoning.
    Add tomatoes and vinegar.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add cooked and shelled shrimp and cooked peas.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Serve over rice.
