Saturday Night Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground chuck
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can pork and beans (in tomato sauce)
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. chopped pepper (from pepper sauce)
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute ground chuck, chopped onion and bell pepper in 1/3 stick butter.
    Drain and put in casserole dish.
    Add other ingredients and cook in oven at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
