Festive Three Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded carrot
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut (1 1/3 c.)
    1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Stir together thoroughly all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Combine eggs, oil and milk; add to the flour mixture and stir just until blended.
    Stir in shredded carrot, coconut, maraschino cherries, raisins and pecans.
    Turn into 4 well-greased and floured 16 ounce fruit or vegetable cans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Remove from cans; cool thoroughly on rack.
    Wrap in foil; store in refrigerator.
    Makes 4 small loaves.
