Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    5 slices white bread
    8 eggs, beaten
    2 c milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain. Cube bread and cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Spread sausage evenly over bread cubes and cover with egg mixture.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 10.
    Serve with fresh or stewed fruit and muffins.
    This recipe should be put together and refrigerated at least 6 hours before baking.
