Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 (3 to 6 lb.) beef roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water

Preparation

Place all of the ingredients into a covered baking dish.
Cook at 300\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
Lid needs to fit loose, so that steam can escape while baking.
