Tennessee Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 c. diced celery
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. liquid (half milk and half chicken stock)
2 1/2 to 3 c. chopped chicken
1 can mushroom soup
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In the melted butter, saute the onion and celery.
Add flour and brown lightly.
Add milk-chicken stock liquid and stir until a medium thick sauce is obtained.
