Chicken And Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    rice
Preparation
    Start water for rice.
    Melt butter in a microwave-safe casserole dish. Stir zucchini through butter. Scoot to edges.
    Lay chicken on top. Combine honey, mustard, soy sauce and curry powder.
    Brush chicken with 1/2 of this sauce.
    Microwave cook for 5 minutes.
    Turn chicken; brush with remaining sauce. Cook, covered, for 3 minutes. Check for doneness. Finish cooking, uncovered.
    Serve over rice.
