Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. 1-inch day old bread cubes
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Place bread crumbs into an 8 x 1 3/4-inch round ovenware cake dish.
    Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir in brown sugar and raisins.
    Pour mixture into cake dish and place cover on top.
    Place dish in larger shallow pan on oven rack.
    Pour 1-inch of hot water into larger pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
    Serves 6.
