Raised Sally Lunn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/3 cake yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
3 eggs
Preparation

Scald milk. Add butter.
Cool to lukewarm. Add well beaten eggs and dissolved yeast. Add to sifted dry ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down. Transfer to baking pan.
Let rise until double and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
