Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. soft butter
2 eggs
3 to 4 medium ripe bananas
1/3 c. water
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease bottom only of 2 small loaf pans. Mix sugar and margarine.
Stir in eggs until blended.
Add bananas and water.
Beat 30 seconds.
Stir in dry ingredients, just until moistened.
Stir in nuts.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
I bake it approximately 50 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes and remove from pans.
Cool completely before slicing. Contains about 120 calories per slice.
