Cookie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 can fruit cocktail, drained
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. Fudge Stripe cookies, broken into pieces
Preparation
    Beat together buttermilk and pudding mix.
    Add Cool Whip and drained fruit.
    Add cookie pieces before serving.
    Save a few to sprinkle on top.
    Serve chilled.
