Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini
3 carrots, finely chopped
2 onions, finely chopped
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 box chicken Stove Top stuffing
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Cut unpeeled zucchini into bite size pieces. Mix carrots and onions with zucchini and cook lightly about 5 minutes and drain.
