Daisy'S Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 cube butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine flour, milk and salt.
    Add slightly beaten eggs.
    Stir to mix ingredients only.
    Mixture will be lumpy.
    Pour into small ovenproof skillet in which butter has melted.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice and powdered sugar.
    Serve with orange marmalade.
    Serves 2.
