Pan Toasted Garlic Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    6 slices French bread (about 1-inch)
    pepper
Preparation
    In
    skillet,
    melt
    butter.
    Stir in pepper and garlic. Dip both sides of bread in butter, then cook over medium heat, watching
    closely until bread is lightly browned.
    Reduce heat to low
    and
    turn bread over; sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and continue cooking until cheese is melted, about 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately.\tGreat with lasagna or spaghetti.
