Creole Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 tsp. crushed sage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. tomato juice
    2 c. cooked shrimp
    2 c. steamed rice
Preparation
    Melt butter in a heavy skillet; add onions, green pepper and celery.
    Brown lightly.
    Add sage, salt and tomato juice and bring to a boil.
    Add shrimp and simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve on steamed rice.
    Serves 4.
