Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. dates or raisins
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix and beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until smooth. Add zucchini.
    Sift
    dry
    ingredients;\tadd
    nuts
    and\tfruit. Combine all
    ingredients.
    Grease
    and
    flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting.
