Chicken Liver Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chicken livers
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    3 Tbsp. butter
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Cook chicken livers, onion and celery in butter until vegetables are tender but not brown.
    Remove chicken livers and dice; return to skillet.
    Mix eggs and seasonings together and pour over liver and onion mixture.
    Add cream cheese.
    As eggs begin to set, draw turner across bottom to form large soft curds. Cook until eggs are thick but still moist.
    Makes 4 servings.
