Julie'S Favorite Butterscotch Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 sticks oleo
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 pkg. Dream Whip or 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    3 small boxes butterscotch instant pudding
    4 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    First Layer:
    Mix together flour and oleo until like pie crust.
    Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
