Pink Salad Or Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 large Cool Whip (9 oz.)
    1 small strawberry jello
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
Preparation
    Put the strawberry jello into a 2-quart dish.
    Put pineapple and juice in a pot and let it come to a boil.
    Pour over the jello, then let stand until it becomes lukewarm.
    Blend while you are waiting for it to cool.
    It will curdle if not lukewarm.
    Next, blend in the Cool Whip and then the cottage cheese.
    Use fresh cottage cheese.
    This will serve 8 to 10 and will keep about 10 days.
    Keep refrigerated.
