Easy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (5 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 (1 lb.) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1 (1 lb.) can baked pea beans (small), rinsed to remove sauce
    2 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Melt bacon fat in frying pan and add beef, salt, pepper and onion.
    Cook about 5 minutes or until beef is well browned.
    Add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, pea beans and chili powder.
    Simmer until mixture reaches desired thickness.
