Easy Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. cocoa
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 c. or more chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar and milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Cook about 12 minutes or until a soft ball forms when dropped in a cup of cold water.
Remove from heat.
Dump in margarine and cocoa. Stir until mixed.
Dump in marshmallows and beat until it starts to get thick.
Add pecans.
Pour in buttered dish or pan.
Let cool and cut into squares.
