Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. fresh fruit (peaches or other fruit)
    1 large egg
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Butter 1 1/2-quart oblong baking dish.
    Arrange fruit in dish. Mix together dry ingredients.
    Beat large egg with a fork.
    Add milk, vanilla and melted oleo.
    Stir in dry ingredients and spread over peaches.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
