Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. hard-boiled eggs
3 Tbsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) jar jalapenos (hot)
1 qt. white vinegar
1 qt. water
6 bay leaves
2 whole onions
Preparation
-
Heat vinegar and water.
Put eggs, onions, bay leaves and salt in a large mouth jar.
Pour vinegar over eggs, etc.
Put top on jar.
Takes from 1 to 2 weeks to pickle.
