Yankee French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    bread, approximately 8 pieces
Preparation
    Whip eggs, milk and vanilla in flat bottom bowl. Fold in cinnamon. Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture and cook in a non-stick pan until golden brown on both sides. Serve with favorite topping.
