Pot Roast In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. pot roast
    8 small potatoes
    8 medium carrots, cut crosswise into halves
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (use 2 cans if you like lots of gravy)
Preparation
    Do not add salt.
    Place foil in 30 x 18-inch baking pan. Place meat in pan.
    Mix soup and onion soup mix.
    Spread over meat.
    Add vegetables.
    Sprinkle with water.
    Fold over and seal. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
    Skim fat from gravy.
    Serve gravy with meat.
    Serve with a salad and bread.
