Medium White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
Preparation

In a 2-cup glass measure, micro-melt the butter 30 to 40 seconds.
With rubber scraper, blend in flour, salt and pepper; stir in milk until well blended.
Microcook, uncovered, 1 minute; stir.
Microcook until thickened and bubbly, 2 to 3 minutes; stir thoroughly every 30 seconds, scraping bottom and sides of cup to remove all lumps.
Makes about 1 cup.
