Marinated Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 chicken wings
1 c. dry sherry
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Preparation

Separate chicken wings at joints into 3 parts each, discarding tips.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Place sherry mixture in medium bowl or plastic bag.
Add chicken.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring once or twice during marinating time.
Drain chicken.
Arrange on double layer of paper toweling around outer edge of carousel or on roasting rack.
Microwave at Medium-high (70%) until juices run clear, 18 to 22 minutes.
If using oven other than Sharpe carousel, rearrange wings twice during cooking time.
