Tex-Mex Beans With Cornmeal Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    beaten egg white
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. water
    1 clove garlic, minced
    15 oz. can red kidney beans, drained
    4 oz. can diced green chili pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt; set aside.
    In a small bowl, combine egg white, milk and oil; set aside.
