Chicken And Cheese Marinara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
    butter as needed
    olive oil as needed
    2 eggs
    fresh bread crumbs
    16 oz. marinara sauce
    1/2 c. milk or half and half
    8 slices (paper thin) Swiss cheese
    8 slices (paper thin) Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    dots of butter
Preparation
    Dip chicken halves in eggs.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Fry in half butter and half olive oil.
