Cheese Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, divided
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Unroll 1 package of crescent rolls in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add sugar and egg yolk.
    Beat well. Add vanilla and lemon juice.
    Beat.
    Pour over rolls.
    Unroll 1 package crescent rolls on top.
    Beat egg white and 1 teaspoon water slightly.
    Pour over rolls and spread evenly.
