Pork Chops With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in oil.
    Add cream of mushroom soup and water.
    Mix together and then add pork chops.
    Cover and simmer over low heat for approximately 40 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
    Serve with boiled rice and broccoli florets.
