One Dish Burrito Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. prepared rice
3/4 c. salsa, medium
8 beef and bean frozen burritos
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
3 oz. canned sliced olives, drained
4 oz. diced green chilies (1/2 of small can)
Preparation

Spray 9 x 11 baking pan with non sick spray.
Combine rice and salsa. Spread in the prepared pan.
Arrange burritos evenly over the rice mixture.
Top with chilies, sprinkle with shredded cheese and garnish with sliced olives.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Can serve with sour cream and extra salsa.
