Birdies In The Nest - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices of bread
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Using a small juice glass or cookie cutter, cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread.
    (Save these for bread crumbs or feed the birds.)
    Melt 1 tablespoon of margarine in a large skillet on medium low.
    Place 3 slices of bread in skillet.
    Crack an egg and place it in the hole in one of the slices of bread.
    Repeat with other two slices.
    Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes and then flip slices with spatula.
    Cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
