Quick Sour Cream Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
    5 1/4 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    In large mixer bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add buttermilk,
    sour
    cream,
    2
    1/2
    cups
    of flour, shortening, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping
    bowl
    occasionally.
    Stir
    in remaining flour.
    Turn dough onto well floured board and knead 5 minutes or about 200 turns
    (shape
    immediately).
    Let
    rise
    1 hour before baking. (Dough is ready if impression remains.) Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
