Chicken Casserole #2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread (slightly stale or toasted)
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can soup (cream of mushroom, cream of chicken or cream of celery)
Preparation

Crumble 3 slices of bread and place in bottom of casserole. Chop chicken and place over crumbs.
Combine mayonnaise, eggs, milk, chopped peppers, celery, onion and salt.
Pour over chicken. Spoon soup over all.
Crumble 3 remaining slices of bread and put on top.
Chill one hour or overnight.
Bake 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
