German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon
6 medium potatoes (about 2 lb.)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/3 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. sliced radishes (optional)
Preparation

Cook bacon crisp and crumble.
Reserve 1/4 cup drippings. Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
Place potatoes on 24 x 18-inch rectangle of heavy-duty foil.
Combine salt, pepper, celery seed, sugar, flour and onion flakes; sprinkle over potatoes.
Combine vinegar and reserved bacon drippings; pour over potatoes.
Add radishes, if desired.
Sprinkle bacon over top. Fold foil and seal tightly.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
