Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
4 egg whites, beaten
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. nuts (floured)
2 c. banana pulp
6 Tbsp. sour milk
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Spread marshmallows over bottom of pan about 1-inch apart.
(They're for the icing.)
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until cake tests done.
