One Pan Salmon Dinner(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth (fat-free)
    4 red potatoes, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped carrot
    4 oz. (1 c.) green beans
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. salmon fillet, in 4 pieces
    2 Tbsp. snipped dill
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and carrots in broth in large skillet 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add green beans, salt and pepper.
    Place salmon on vegetables.
    Sprinkle with dill.
    Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes on medium-low heat until fish is opaque in center.
    Serve in soup plates with broth.
