Pear Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained and cut into thin slices
1 3/4 c. baking mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Grease and flour an 8-inch round pan.
Mix baking mix, sugar, butter and milk. Pour into the pan.
Arrange pear slices in circular pattern on batter; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cut into wedges and spoon yogurt on top of each serving. Serves 8.
