Burger For A Bunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Pillsbury mashed potato flakes
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine 1/4
    cup
    potato flakes with butter.
    Set aside in large mixing
    bowl.
    Combine
    1/4 cup potato flakes, flour, sugar, cream of
    tartar and soda.\tCut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Add milk and mayonnaise; blend until a soft dough forms.
    Divide in half; roll one half to a 9-inch circle and put on\tgreased cookie sheet or pie plate.
    Spread filling to within 1/2
    inch
    of edge; sprinkle with a cheese. Roll out remaining dough.
    Place on top scalping edges.
    Brush with milk.
    Sprinkle with
    buttered
    potato
    flakes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until a golden brown.
