Aunt Mina'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-2 lbs Browned Sausage
    9 eggs, beaten
    1 (10 oz.) can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Tbsp. prepared Mustard
    1 can Evaporated Milk
    Dash of Pepper
    1 lb Grated Cheese
    Seasoned Croutons
Preparation
    Lightly grease 9 x 13 baking pan.
    Spread sausage in pan. Combine eggs, soup, mustard, milk and pepper.
    Pour over sausage. Top with cheese, cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove cover, sprinkle with croutons and bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45-60 minutes.
