Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. hot (very hot) water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 eggs, mixed well
    4 to 5 c. flour (sometimes more)
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over 1/4 cup lukewarm water; let stand for a few minutes.
    Pour the hot water over the sugar, salt and Crisco; let stand after mixing until lukewarm.
    Add the beaten eggs, then the yeast.
    Add the flour, a cup at a time, until you have a batter thick enough to knead.
    Knead for about 5 minutes.
    Put in a large bowl and let rise 1 1/2 hours or until double in size. Cover the bowl with dish towel.
    Work down; shape into rolls or 3 loaves of
    bread.
    Cover and let rise about 1 to 2 hours.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Brush with butter.
