Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini
    1 egg
    flour
    margarine
    salt
Preparation
    Wash and slice (with peel on) about 1/4 inch thickness.
    Dip in beaten egg and then in flour.
    Cook slowly in margarine in electric skillet (or regular skillet).
    I have more even heat in my electric skillet.
    Salt lightly.
    Cook until not crunchy anymore and brown on both sides.
